What is a source?
A source is one configured supplier feed, file, FTP/SFTP location, or product data connection that PowerFeed uses to update your Shopify catalogue.
What counts as a variant?
A variant is a Shopify product variant. For example, one jacket available in five sizes would usually count as five variants.
Is billing handled through Shopify?
Yes. PowerFeed app billing is handled securely through Shopify. You do not need to enter separate card details with PowerFeed.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans as your catalogue, supplier sources, and update frequency change.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
PowerFeed will guide you to a plan that matches your usage. The goal is to keep plan limits clear and predictable with no unexpected usage charges.
What is Managed SFTP Space?
Managed SFTP Space is an optional add-on that gives merchants a secure hosted file location where supplier files can be uploaded for use with PowerFeed imports or exports.
Do you support orders or fulfilment yet?
PowerFeed is launching with product feed operations first. Orders and fulfilment are planned future modules and will be priced separately when released.
Can I cancel?
Yes. PowerFeed follows Shopify app billing and cancellation behaviour. If you uninstall the app, Shopify billing for the app stops according to Shopify’s billing process.
