What information should I include when contacting support?
Please include your name, email address, Shopify store URL, the supplier or source involved, and a clear description of what you need help with.
Can you help set up a supplier feed?
Yes. PowerFeed is designed for supplier product feeds, and the support team can assist with the setup and configuration of any feeds.
Can I ask PowerFeed to support a new supplier?
Yes. Use the Recommend a Supplier page to tell us which supplier, distributor, or brand you would like PowerFeed to review.
Where is billing managed?
PowerFeed app billing is handled through Shopify. Plan selection, billing approval, and app subscription management happen through Shopify’s billing flow.
Can support review my Shopify data or supplier files?
Support may ask for details needed to investigate a setup or issue. Only share information that is relevant to the request, and avoid sending sensitive data unless we specifically ask for it.
